Thanks for visiting The Rugby Racket, the blog from Rugby School Archives & Special Collections.
We are the Rugby School Archives & Special Collections team who are passionate about preserving and making accessible the many records, images and artefacts held by Rugby School.
We’ve started this blog as a way of sharing information with the Rugbeian Community, and the wider public, in a more informal way. We are a very active archive team taking part in several projects, all of which we’d like to share. We already have an active presence on X and Instagram, which we will continue to contribute to with facts, images and finds in the collection.
We hope that The Rugby Racket becomes a space to share and discuss the history of Rugby School, archival practice, our activities, and the collections. Our first blog post should be up in a few weeks so watch this space.
