According to The Sybil (1890-1895 - a literary magazine containing essays and poetry) the first Rugby School Newspaper was published in June 1710 – reprinted in part in The Sybil October 30 1894. It was called The Jawbon or Spectator Rugbaensis. #SchoolPublications
