@PFdn_Archives I discovered this one in an album from 1902 the photo below shows some more birds in an aviary.

The Reply to the "Mouldy Bug"

Wonder if anyone else has had letters from insects in their natural history collections? A "Mouldy Bug" once wrote to The Meteor in February 1876 and received a response in the March issue.

@sps_kayton 😂 belive it or not at one point in the late nineteenth century the school had a pet cockatoo. I will post the photo later.

Frederick Temple was born in 1821. He was Head Master of Rugby School from 1858-1869.
